EASY RETURNS POLICY FOR REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
CLOTHING - 21 DAY GUARANTEE
You may exchange or return new unworn merchandise in its original condition within 21 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the reason for the return is the result of our error. A return label has been included with your order, so customers do not need to take any additional steps. If merchandise is exchanged, ground shipping will be provided at Metroane's expense for the new product to be shipped back to you.
For exchanges with greater or lesser values, a refund or payment for the difference in cost will be processed prior to shipping the exchanged item(s).
We are unable to access the original payment processed for your order. When processing an exchange for items with a greater value, credit card information will need to be provided by the customer at the time of the exchange. We recommend that you use FedEx when shipping a return.

Once your exchange has been processed, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information to the email address provided on your order.
REFUNDS
You may expect a refund within 3-7 days after we have received your return. Refunds are issued in the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase. We are unable to issue store credits or gift cards to be used at a later date. Once a refund has been issued, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided on your order.
